PEAK PM: (May 2022 – present): Joining the company as Director to further strengthen the current senior management team, principal duties will be leading Project Management and Building Surveying Services. Having worked with many of the team previously, this is an exciting opportunity to help drive the business forward delivering the diverse workload across many sectors and continuing to develop new and existing client relationships.
Ridge and Partners LLP formerly Projex Building Solutions (August 2011 – April 2022): Associate Director maintaining ongoing client relationships, with the latter 5 years focusing on the Healthcare Sector. Leading the Building Surveying service line and team within the Leeds office to grow and develop this sector focusing on Contract Administration, Dilapidations and Pre-Acquisition services in all sectors. Key clients included LandSec, Springfield Healthcare and Fprop. Experience has also been gained in office refurbishment, retail and industrial, including both new build and refurbishment schemes. During this period, the business expanded services across all sectors growing the team to 40 plus staff between the Leeds and Birmingham offices with an annual turnover in excess of £4M before merging with Ridge and Partners LLP with over 750 staff.
Davis Langdon (June 2008 – August 2011) –Developed as a Chartered Building Surveyor, working as the main client contact on maintenance and property developments for a leading logistics firm across the UK, together with Contract Administration roles for NHS across the Wirral area. Progressed further into larger development projects undertaking Quality Monitoring roles on a large scale residential project within Yorkshire.
CNP (June 2005 – June 2008): Early career at CNP becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor; key duties included pre-acquisition property surveys, Landlord and tenant matters, Dilapidations, Party Wall, land Contract and Contract Administration.

Asset Management: Cross country multiple refurbishment and maintenance schemes, together with Landlord and Tenant matters for a leading logistics company.
