Project Summary: Works comprised the construction of a new five bedroom dwelling in Ilkley. 6m deep excavations were required to construct the basement gym and entertainment room which required the installation of a temporary sheet piling structure. The property is split into two halves, connected via a glazed link corridor with terraces either side and benefits from a large kitchen situated on first floor with a covered external terrace.
Halliday Clark are appointed as Project Manager and lead designer, working with PWA for Civil & Structural design. Michael Eyers Partnership are appointed as Cost Consultant.
