Project Summary: Works comprise the construction of a new 37,500 ft² warehouse which provides connectivity onto the existing Dakin Flathers facility via a link. The new warehouse is constructed on made ground, therefore over 650no. 20m concrete driven piles were required at the start of the project. The 12m haunch height and mezzanine foundations allow for future installation and the development also benefits from a new car park and service yard.
