Having spent 32years in the construction and property industry working mainly in London and Birmingham for main contractors; developers and specialist consultancies, including co-owning a successful small to medium size consultancy from 2010 to 2018, Greg has developed a broad spectrum of skills, initially starting out as a Quantity Surveyor before moving into Employers Agent and Project Management roles, offering a strong commercial and contractual résumé to clients.
This broad level of experience has been well served at PMD affording opportunities to work directly for owner/occupier clients, supporting site acquisition; procurement and the developer lead delivery of new European HQs (operational, showroom and offices) for a large Japanese corporation in the hi-tech industrial sector and a £83m investment value logistics and distribution park in Avonmouth for one of the Midlands most renowned development JV partnerships.
