Associate Project Manager & Clerk of Works

PEAK Project Management: (January 2022 – Current)As chartered Architectural Technologist appointed as Project Manager to work on service delivery of existing instructions with retained client base. A key focus will also be Clerk of Works duties as a growth service provision within the business.

Catfoss Modular & Portable Buildings (January 2019- December 2021) Design Director managing a team of Architects and Technicians. Catfoss are a nationwide modular and main contractor company with a varying portfolio of projects across many sectors including retail & clinical healthcare. Projects range from £600k to £22m in value delivering fast-paced projects for both private and public sector clients.

Bowman Riley Architects (October 2010 to December 2018) Architectural Technologist initially working on supermarket store expansion and refurbishments before evolving the modular construction sector of the business, whilst also developing power and energy projects for national clients, providing full design service through RIBA stage 0 to 7 for a range of clients and building uses, including surgical theatres, diagnostic imaging and acute care ward accommodation. Design services were also provided in retail, health, education and Petrol Filling Stations sectors.

Simon Wood Associates (Architects), Turks & Caicos Islands, British West Indies (August 2005- August 2007) The Watermark/Wymara (US$32m); (now Gansevanoort TCI) Boutique Condo/Hotel, with Conference Suite, Retail, Restaurant, Pool and Spa as well as multiple private residences within the British West Indies. Engaged as lead consultants, co-ordinating and producing planning, construction, and technical details working with international contractors to tight deadlines.

Aedas Architecture (May 2004- Aug 2005) working predominantly on Bridgewater Place, Leeds (£65m); 32 level mixed-use scheme within the commercial team to produce co-ordinated drawing packages. Accountable for all staircase, emergency egress, architectural metalwork, ceiling & floor finishes and mill packages.

Tatlow Stancer Architects (June 2002- May 2004) Exposed to a wide variety of design tasks, in Leisure, Retail, Commercial & Private sectors, whilst completing my full-time CIAT accredited degree course at Sheffield Hallam University.
