Project Summary: Works comprise the construction of a new purpose-built warehouse and distribution facility developed by Teakwood for purchaser Envirovent providing c.60,700sqft assembly/warehouse accommodation incorporating turnkey office facilities arranged over 2no. storeys. Works included extensive s.278, s.38 and s.104 works.
SPX Architects were appointed as lead designer working with JPG and Silcock Leedham for Civil & Structural and M&E Consulting design, Michael Eyers Partnership were appointed as Project Manager, Employers Agent and Cost Consultant.
