Duties include monthly reporting advising on Construction progress, assisting on commercial management including change control and financial reporting.

Project Summary: Works comprise the construction of a new purpose-built warehouse and distribution facility developed by Teakwood for purchaser Envirovent providing c.60,700sqft assembly/warehouse accommodation incorporating turnkey office facilities arranged over 2no. storeys. Works include extensive s.278, s.38 and s.104 works. SPX Architects are appointed as lead designer working with JPG and Silcock Leedham for Civil & Structural and M&E Consulting design, Michael Eyers Partnership are appointed as Project Manager, Employers Agent and Cost Consultant.
Key Milestone: Works commenced May 2021 and completed summer 2022
