Gledhow Lane, Leeds

Project Summary: Gledhow Lane is located on a residential suburb, approximately 2.5 miles north north-east from Leeds City Centre with Chapel Allerton to the west and Roundhay to the north. Our client purchased the existing bungalow on site which included a large relatively flat garden. The bungalow is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be sold without the garden, allowing for title to be split and construction of this new contemporary single storey 4 bedroom house. We are working with Bowman Riley Architects and architect, lead designer and Principal Designer, Dunster Consulting as civil & structural engineers and Orbis Consulting as mechanical & electrical engineers.
