North York Moors Old Print Works

Project Summary: Peak were appointed by North York Moors Park Authority to provide Contract Administration and Cost Managers for the refurbishment of the existing Old Print Works into a new Rangers facility for the Authority. The works comprised partial demolition of the structure, retention of the existing steel frame, new cladding, roof and services to bring the building up to current Building Standards to house the workshops, storage and welfare facilities. The building will provide a much needed and upgraded space for the Authority. Bowman Riley Architects were appointed as Architects, with Dudleys Engineers providing Civil and Structural design and Power Group Services appointed as M&E Consulting Service Engineers.
