We have recently certified completion on the second phase of Lavender Fields Care Village at Barmby Moor, near Pocklington. Phase II comprised the delivery of a 72 bed care home with exceptional facilities, which supports the Phase I development. This included the construction of 24 bungalows and site wide infrastructure, with works completing in October 2022. The total value of both phases was circa £13.6m.
Peak PM were appointed as Project Managers and Employers Agent on both phases, and it was a pleasure working with DEN Architecture, Dunster Consulting and Hydrock who all provided excellent services throughout. Catalyst Interiors were then appointed direct by the client to add the finishing touches to the care home and the end product looks fantastic.
We attended the Grand Opening in April with special guests Samia Longchambon (Maria from Coronation Street) and her husband, Sylvain, from Dancing on Ice.
