We are delighted to welcome Richard Sykes MCIAT to our team joining as Project Manager.
As a Chartered Architectural Technologist, Richard brings a wealth of experience having previously worked at Bowman Riley and more recently contractor side at Catfoss. Richard’s skill set will enhance our service provision both pre-contract managing design co-ordination and driving value engineering whilst having the construction knowledge to successfully deliver projects through to completion.
In addition to the experience he brings to our Project Management service delivery, we see Richard as an integral part in developing our Clerk of Works services with an already strong pipeline of secured instructions for 2022.
