Having spent 32years in the construction and property industry working mainly in London and Birmingham for main contractors; developers and specialist consultancies, including co-owning a successful small to medium size consultancy from 2010 to 2018, Greg has developed a broad spectrum of skills, initially starting out as a Quantity Surveyor before moving into Employers Agent and Project Management roles, offering a strong commercial and contractual résumé to clients.

This broad level of experience has been well served at PMD affording opportunities to work directly for owner/occupier clients, supporting site acquisition; procurement and the developer lead delivery of new European HQs (operational, showroom and offices) for a large Japanese corporation in the hi-tech industrial sector and a £83m investment value logistics and distribution park in Avonmouth for one of the Midlands most renowned development JV partnerships.

Residential (Private Sector & PRS)

1. The Forum, Pershore Street, Birmingham – £45m:- +300 units and social/communal space. (PM/EA)
2. Warrington Gardens, Warwick Avenue London – £10m:- 36Nr. units with basement parking. (Contractor QS)
3. Numerous private +£1m residences as one-offs or in small gated estates for Chase Homes across the Midlands. (Developer QS/PM)
4. The Parklands, Sudbrooke, Lincoln. +150Unit high-end housing development set in a countryside estate compromising a range of properties up to 5Bed detached. Acting on behalf of RCL Partners investment fund, overseeing project delivery. (Fund DM)

1. Southampton Row, London – £9m:- Conversion from commercial to 55 bed accommodation over 9 floors. (Fund Monitoring)
2. Elizabeth House, Cambridge – £13m:- Conversion from commercial to 167bed student accommodation scheme + new build teaching and catering facilities. (Fund Monitoring)
3. St. Lawrence House, Bristol – £14m:- Conversion of 11Floors of commercial office space to 145studio bed accommodation. (Fund Monitoring)

 

Commercial / Industrial & Logistics / Hi-Tech

1. Award-winning 45,000ft2 national headquarters for Speedo at Ng2 Business Park Nottingham, as well as a wider role supporting the overall development of the 40,000 acre Ng2 Business Park regeneration project. (PM/EA)
2. 50,000ft2 New Build European HQ for Sodick at Warwick Technology Park. (Client Rep. / Development Manager)
3. Redevelopment of existing 30,000ft2 commercial offices in St. Alban’s including additional new build roof level and rear extensions for the CCLA Investment Fund. (PM/DM)

1. Involved in numerous retail projects with Hammerson, Land Securities Group Plc and Whitbread Plc on retail parks over a national geographic spread from master planning to project delivery of store units and site infrastructure. (PM/EA)
2. Cathedral Square, Worcester for SHP (Salmon Harvester Projects) Opportunity Fund – Large 220,000ft2 mixed-use leisure and retail complex, converting an out-of-date 1960’s shopping mall. (PM/EA)
