PEAK PM: (Feb 2022 – present): appointed as Graduate Quantity Surveyor, with guidance from the senior team, exposure will be provided to all areas of Commercial Quantity Surveying developing skills in pre and post contract cost management. With the supervision, training and guidance offered by PEAK, the primary focus will be working towards professional accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Education

Northumbria University (2018-2021) graduating with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying qualification. Key modules during studies included;

Year 1 – Law for Surveyors, Construction Technology, Development and Construction Economics.

Year 2 – Business and Professional Development, Contract Administration and Procedure, Measurement, Construction Economics, Construction law and Advanced Construction Technology.

Year 3 – Advanced Measurement, Advanced Construction Economics, Surveying Dissertation, Project Management and Contractual and Financial Management.
