PEAK PM: (Nov 2020 – present): Since joining the business principal activities have included working alongside senior management on existing Project Management instructions in the Residential Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial Sectors on developments generally to c.£10M construction value. In addition to Project Management duties, work opportunities continue to develop in core Building Surveying undertaking technical due diligence, Schedules of Conditions and Party Wall work.
Projex Building Solutions (Apr 2016 – Nov 2020): Originally appointed in the role of Graduate Building Surveyor, working with colleagues in all areas of Building Surveying gaining extensive experience in Acquisition Surveys, Party Wall, Dilapidations and Contract Administration. During this time, an opportunity came available to assist more specifically in the Project Management work allowing involvement in a number of prestigious schemes for Blue Chip clients including LandSec, lxb and Mountpark at both pre-contract and construction stages.
A Shade Greener (Aug 2012 – Jan 2016): the company used private capital investment to fund the Photovoltaic installations on private residential properties to generate returns through government Feed-In-Tariffs.
