PEAK PM: (Aug 2021 – present): Recruited to grow and lead the commercial side of the business bringing a wealth of commercial knowledge in numerous sectors to assist clients generate added value and de-risk projects from inception through to handover and final account agreement. 

Projex Building Solutions (Jan 2015 – Aug 2021): Progressing to Senior Quantity Surveyor working on a number of high profile, prestigious projects across many sectors including Residential, Healthcare, Industrial and Retail. Commercially leading several high value projects and acting as lead cost manager within the company Healthcare sector advising retained key clients including Springfield Healthcare and Vida Healthcare 

Arcadis / EC Harris (July 2010 – Jan 2015): Initially joining the company as a placement student during studies at Leeds Beckett University then being offered a permanent position as Graduate Surveyor then promoted to Project Surveyor. Worked as a Quantity Surveyor, Contract Administrator and Project Manager on a variety of projects including logistic and industrial units for Western Power Distribution, assisted on a new production facility for Haribo, student accommodation and numerous schemes for University of Leeds and Sheffield
