PEAK PM: (Sept 2019 – present): Having now established all company systems and procedures, working with new and retained clients in many sectors the objective is to target long-term sustainable growth developing a strong professional team for excellent service delivery.

Projex Building Solutions (Mar 2009 – Sept 2019): Joint founding Director helping establish the business with a primary focus on Project and Cost Management heading up the Healthcare Sector. Key clients included LandSec and Springfield Healthcare. During this period, the business expanded services across all sectors growing the team to 40 plus staff between the Leeds and Birmingham offices with an annual turnover in excess of £4M.

CNP (May 2004 – Mar 2009): Early career at CNP included extensive pre-acquisition property surveys, larger portfolio acquisition work and Contract Administration. Displaying obvious skills in project organisation, stakeholder management, communication and overall project delivery, main duties moved to the major projects team delivering complex schemes.

Watts & Partners (Jan 2002 – May 2004): Main roles included Contract Administration, dilapidations, building pathology, defect analysis and preparation of Expert Witness Reports for local authority housing disrepair claims.
