With our extensive knowledge of the development process, from inception to completion and our commercial expertise, we are ideally placed to undertake the role of Project & Fund Monitoring Surveyor.

On receipt of instruction our starting position is to thoroughly analyse all development information and issue the Initial Appraisal/Audit Report clearly identifying all key elements of the development, potential risks and strategy for their ongoing management and future reporting.

During the Construction Phase we attend monthly progress meetings, undertake detailed site inspections in order that we can fully interrogate progress against programme, clarify the position on expenditure against project cash flow and advise on financial projections through to Final Account and completion. We look to positively engage with all Project stakeholders and share our experience to mitigate project risk wherever possible.

At project completion we issue a Completion Report as a final ‘wrap up’ to demonstrate that all matters have been closed out and the Contractual obligations fully satisfied.
