We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Rose joining the team at PEAK PM in the position of Associate Director, Cost Management.
Mark has joined the team to lead the commercial side of the business bringing a wealth of commercial knowledge in numerous sectors to assist clients to generate added value and de-risk projects from inception through to handover.
Mark joins from Projex where he spent 6 ½ years progressing to Senior Quantity Surveyor working on a number of high profile, prestigious projects across many sectors including Residential, Healthcare, Industrial and Retail, including the £43M Windmill Hill and £40M Pershore Street Residential schemes in Birmingham.
Mark also becomes the first member of the team not to carry the Morphet surname or support Leeds United, notwithstanding this, he is a great addition to the team!
