We are delighted to announce the appointment of James Morphet joining the team at PEAK PM in the position of Building Surveyor.
James has well-rounded experience in all core areas of Building Surveying and has in recent years demonstrated a clear strength in Project Management delivery, providing real attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills and communications when dealing with all stakeholder partners.
James has joined us from Projex where he was worked for the past 4 years working closely with their senior Project Management team gaining valuable experience in service delivery across a variety of sectors including the £43M new build retail park at Rushden Lakes, Northampton.
James becomes the first permanent appointment at PEAK and reflects the increasing level of instructions during a challenging period in the industry and is evidence of our growing reputation within the property marketplace. We are sure James will have a long and successful career with us at PEAK and we look forward to seeing his development and progression in the business as we continue to grow.
