Services: Peak PM have been appointed to undertake the roles of Project Management and Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant.
Project Summary: The works comprise the formation of an intergenerational village on the existing site located with Harrogate. The site will contain a new build Care Home, conversion of the Grade II* listed building into apartments and construction of eight assisted living Town Houses alongside new parking facilities and extensive soft landscaping and woodland walks throughout the site.
The consultant team comprises Bowman Riley Architects, Fairhurst Consulting Engineers for structural, civil and landscaping and Orbis for M&E design.
Key Milestone: The first phase of works is due to commence on-site in the summer of 2026
