Project Summary: Tetley Halls Block A formed one of two separate residential developments delivered as part of the wider Tetley Halls scheme, located within the Far Headingley Conservation Area.
Peak PM was appointed to provide Clerk of Works services, the project involved the careful conversion of the existing building to provide six high quality one & two bedroom apartments. Given the conservation setting, a key focus of the project was the retention and sympathetic replacement of original features, ensuring the character and architectural integrity of the building were preserved.
Throughout the construction programme, Peak PM worked closely with the site team, undertaking regular inspections to support quality assurance and Building Regulations compliance, and assisting in the resolution of site issues as they arose. This collaborative approach helped ensure that quality was embedded throughout the build process.
Overall, Block A was successfully delivered as a high-quality residential refurbishment, balancing conservation with modern performance standards and extending the life and value of the existing building
