Tetley Hall, Block B, Leeds

Client: Tetey Hall Developments

Sector: Residential

Services: Clerk of Works

Project Summary: Tetley Halls Block B formed the second of two distinct residential developments delivered as part of the wider Tetley Halls scheme, located within the Far Headingley Conservation Area. The project comprised the creation of eight apartments arranged over three storeys. Apartments were sensitively introduced within the existing stable building, creating a series of unique and highly desirable homes with distinctive architectural character. The external fabric of the building was sympathetically restored, and a new roof installed incorporating conservation style rooflights, enhancing natural daylight while remaining appropriate to the historic context of the site. Throughout the construction programme, Peak PM worked closely with the contractor and design team, undertaking regular inspections to support quality assurance and Building Regulations compliance, and assisting with the resolution of site issues as they arose. This collaborative approach helped ensure that quality and design intent were maintained from inception through to completion. Tetley Hall, Block B was successfully delivered as a high-quality residential conversion, combining conservation led refurbishment with modern living standards and unlocking the potential of an under utilised historic building
